1. Introduction
1.1 The terms contained in this document ( TRADING TERMS ) apply to all transactions for the purchase of products from the Site. Please read these TRADING TERMS before ordering from the Site.By ordering any products from this Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the TRADING TERMS. They form a legal agreement between you and Rise Soon Industrial Corp. and can only be amended with Rise Soon's consent. You can print a copy of these TRADING TERMS by selecting the print option from the ( FILE ) menu on your browser.
1.2 Your use of this Site is subject to our website TERMS OF USE. You should also read Rise Soon's PRIVACY POLICY.
1.3 Rise Soon reserves the right to change these TRADING TERMS from time to time without prior notice. All changes will be made and posted on the Site. New changes will not affect any purchases you have made before the changes were implemented.
2. Ordering
2.1 All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Rise Soon. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be held liable by you or anyone else in these matters.2.2 After submitting order to us, you will be sent an ( order acknowledge email ) with your order reference and details of the products you have ordered. Please note, this email is just an ( Acknowledgement) and not an acceptance of your order.
2.3 If your order includes products which are not available from our stock, we will contact you by email. You will have the option to receive your order excluding the products which are not in stock, or cancel it altogether.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices shown on this Site are the advertised selling prices.Registered members can take an additional 20% off the advertised selling price.
Large quantity customer orders will receive a special discount.. Please inquire by email.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any VAT ( value added taxes and delivery charges ). All delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order when the order request is received and ready for payment.
3.2 Prices may change at any time prior to ( but not after ) acceptance of your order.
3.3 All orders cannot be accepted until they have been paid in full. Payment can be made with most major credit cards by completing the relevant details on the checkout page. To help prevent fraud, when you place your first order with us, we will only deliver to the same address as the card's billing address. Both addresses must be the same.
3.4 By using a credit card to pay for your order. You confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

4. Shipping
4.1 Subject to availability, we will use all reasonable endeavours to ship the products you have ordered as soon as possible after the order has been accepted. An estimated delivery time will be displayed on your payment and delivery page before you place your order. Please note that certain products which are out of stock have a delivery time which may be longer than 30 days from the date an order is placed. In that case, it will be made clear on the payment and delivery page before your place your order. We will usually ship all products comprised in your order in one delivery. The confirmation of despatch email will contain an estimated delivery date and order tracking number.4.2 We will delivery directly to the address specified in your order. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple address.
4.3 Once delivered, the products will become your property and responsibility. Products that are damaged in transit ( through mis-handling or incorrect handling ) or have been incorrectly delivered will not be the liability of Rise Soon.
5. Cancellation and Returns
5.1 You may cancel your order ( or any part of it ) before it is shipped to you. Refer to contact us email information.The following is required : 1. Your full name 2. Address 3. Order reference All of the above information can be found on your order acknowledge email.
5.2 You may ( not ) cancel your order if : 1. It has already been shipped to you. 2. The product was delivered correctly and no quality issues are in question.
Note : If you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped, all items must be returned to Rise Soon at your own risk and expense. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of them and provide reasonable care of the products. All items should be in the original packaging and unused. Products can be returned by using the post office or courier.
6. Product Information
6.1 We have taken reasonable steps to display as accurately as possible the colours and other detailing of our products in the images that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours and detailing you see onscreen will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of colours or other detailing will exactly reflect the colour or detailing of the product upon delivery.6.2 Any information on the Site regarding the size of products is included only as a guide. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to place an order.
7. Security
7.1 We understand you may have concerns about security on the internet. This Site uses a secure server that implements secure sockets layer ( SSL ) technology in our online ordering process to protect your personal information.7.2 When you proceed to the checkout, before you are prompted to complete your billing and delivery address, your browser will go into secure mode. Data relating to your order and your personal details will all pass to our server in an encrypted format. As soon as you have finished ordering you will exit secure mode. As an additional protection for you, our system is designed so that you cannot place an order until you are safely within secure mode.
7.3 We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
